How do I set the lock code when I first receive my luggage? 1. Set the dials to the correct combination (0-0-0). 2. Press down the button using a tool, set a new combination (e.g. 8-8-8), then pull the square part. 3. Lock the case again, and now you can unlock it using the new combination.

How do I use the charging port? 1. Unzip the front pocket and locate the cable inside. 2. Charge it using a power bank. (USB input only works for USB output) 3. Open the external charging port, connect it with a cable, then link it to your phone.

Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase? The lack of zipper pulls on the interior of the luggage is a deliberate design choice to prevent any scratching or damage to your items.

Why wasn't a key included with my luggage? Luggex luggage features a convenient TSA lock that allows you to secure your suitcase with a PIN code. Please note that we do not provide keys for this lock, as they are exclusively for official use by customs officials.
